Making Event Planning Simple – Your Questions Answered

It’s easy! 1. Browse: Select your favorite items and submit a preliminary Request a Quote list. 2. Quote & Consultation: Our team checks availability and sends you a detailed quote. We can schedule a free consultation to finalize quantities and logistics. 3. Secure: A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer (typically 30-50%) reserves your items. 4. Enjoy: We handle delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on your event!

We strongly recommend booking as soon as you have a confirmed date and venue, especially for high-demand items or peak season events (May-October). Large events (100+ guests) should aim to book 6-12 months out. Smaller events should aim for 3-6 months out. Our inventory is first-come, first-served.

The rental rate covers the item for a 1-day event period (typically allowing for a Friday delivery and Sunday pickup at the same single-day rate). Delivery, setup, and strike (teardown) fees are quoted separately based on the size of your order, event location, and required labor. Please specify if you need full setup when requesting your quote!

The initial retainer is non-refundable as it reserves the inventory and blocks other bookings. We understand plans change, so we are flexible on quantity reductions/deletions up to 30 days before the event (subject to a small restock fee). Any order canceled within 14 days of the event is subject to the full rental balance.
